Cationic Biovector~(TM) (SMBV) is a novel nanoparticle developed as a drug carrier especially for nasal delivery. The objective of this study was to investigate the potential of cationic SMBV for nasal delivery in human volunteers. This study determined the distribution and residence time of radiolabelled SMBV formulation following nasal administration.
