Abstract: The set of onboard optical instruments for investigations of night glow emissions in frame of Ukrainian space project 'Poperedzhennya' are discussed. Two filters photometers, two static optical Fourier spectrometers. IR Fourier spectrometer and TV camera are planned to use for measurements of spatial and temporal variations of emissions intensity of ionosphere. The main parameters of discussed instruments and space vehicles are given. !16
