摘要

The modulated structures of In(In_xM_(1-x))O_3(ZnO)_m have been studied by HRTEM. Superspace groups of the modulated structure for In(In_(0.5)Al_(0.5))O_3(ZnO)_(13) and In(In_(0.5)Fe_(0.5))O_3(ZnO)_(13) and assigned as B_1~(Bm) and p P1/1, respectively. It is shown that the periodicities of the modulation waves are about 7.4 nm and 5.9 nm for In(In_(0.5)Al_(0.5))O_3(ZnO)_(13) and In(In_(0.5)Fe_(0.5))O_3(ZnO)_(13), respectively, where these values are located between those for In_2O_3(ZnO)_m and InMO_3(ZnO)_m. The electron diffraction patterns are well interpreted based on a superspace group description.
