Abstract: The experimental study of snow accretion on overhead power transmission lines was carried out to obtain data on accretion rates using the artificial snow accretion test equipment and a high speed camera. We evaluated the accretion rate relative to temperature and wind velocity under simulated conditions of natural snowing and strong winds.!2
