In this paper we derive new guaranteed cost bounds for robuststability and performance with real structured uncertainty fordiscrete-time systems. In particular, we obtain a shifted bounded realbound, a linear bound, a shifted linear bound, an inverse bound, ashifted inverse bound, and a shifted Popov bound. Several examples areused to compare these new bounds
