By means of the theory and methods of ergonomic and human physiology, combined with parameterized design philosophy, in CATIA environment for the secondary development, we realized the fast parameterized human body modeling and editing adjustment of the human body posture model. Through the rationality and comfort analysis of the relationship between the human body’s size and car seat’s size, the functional relation between two sizes was constructed. And by call the body’s size, with dimension driven method, we determined the modeling parameters of the seat, realized parameterized modeling of the car seat, and shorten the modeling cycle.
