The docking between bank financing services with supply chains and ERP system on a basis of SAP

In the 21st century,the world has entered the era of supply chain.Competition among enterprises has been transforming into creating and utilizing the supply chain in ways of being safer,more efficient,more stable with low-cost.The engagement process of the financing service by commercial banks requires up- and downstream trade information about the core enterprise,provided by their supply chains.However,some of the processes still rely on a lot of human efforts.ERP system has integrated logistics and information flow.By docking electronic banking systems to the ERP system,the logistics,information flow and cash flow can be unified comprehensively.Based on the SAP system,this article optimizes three main business scenarios in the traditional supply chain financing services,supply chain management,trade and finance management,and settlement management.It provides an idea of connecting ERP with electronic banking systems to help commercial banks to obtain a more comprehensive supply chain information,hence being conducive to the promotion and development of the electronic supply chain finance business.
