Innovation of Aerobics at Colleges and Universities Based on the Integration of Ideological and Political Education Model of 'Curricular and Extracurricular Combination'

Physical education curriculum is an integral part of the school curriculum system. It is an effective way to achieve school sports goals, promote students' adaptation to society, and cultivate students' individuality. In this study, the bodybuilding operation is taken as the object of the reform in the practice of the university physical education curriculum. Based on the comprehensive analysis of current development status, combined with the characteristics and laws of college aerobics teaching, the ideological and political education of the university based on the "curricular and extracurricular combination" education model is explored in this paper. It is of important significance to build a higher education aerobics curriculum system, to cultivate students' sports awareness, physical ability, and innovative ability effectively and meet the needs of the students' physical and mental health.
