In this work the fundamentally new basis and list of measures are substantiated and formulated on the construction and operation of individual components of the general mechanism of formation and implementation of the concept of controlling the motivation of personnel at industrial enterprises. The modern transformation of ways to increase the efficiency of staff motivation is a justified need. Structural and logical model of quality assurance of the personnel management system through the process of controlling and motivation control methods are analyzed. Indices of staff satisfaction with work motivation are presented. The scale of evaluation of the completeness and quality of the implementation of information support processes for controlling the motivation of the staff was obtained. The main provisions of the introduction of controlling the motivation of the staff are proposed, namely the algorithm for the development and implementation of a methodology for assessing staff satisfaction with motivation.
