摘要

The reform of Human Resources Development (HRD) is more obvious than before, which is brought by new technologies. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and smart education leading by the innovation of HRD has become the inevitable trend of HRD informatization. With the rise of educational big data, how to analysis the data for predicting accurately, is the new topic in artificial intelligence era. As an important branch of artificial intelligence, machine learning can meet the need of analysis and prediction of HRD. Based on the analysis of the interaction between machine learning, smart education and HRD, machine learning assisting HRD was analyzed in terms of learner tracking, intelligent teaching assistant, learning support and evaluation, resource recommendation, and personalized adaptive learning. And the application path of HRD was reshaped by machine learning in the view of artificial intelligence.
