According to the deformation mechanism of parts in the process of UV curing rapid prototyping, the equivalent mechanical model of layer by layer accumulation was established, and the warpage of multi-layer plate parts was simulated by ABAQUS software. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that the simulation model can simulate the growth and deformation of the parts accurately. It can provide theoretical support and quantitative basis for improving the manufacturing scheme of parts, such as the selection of growth direction and the addition of support.
