Analysis of Risk Dissemination in Supply Chain Based on Knowledge Dissemination Network Model

With the rapid development of the world economy, the development and management of supply chain have been paid more and more attention, and the research of risk dissemination in supply chain has become more and more important. The paper uses the form of questionnaire. Taking JD enterprise as the case, the variable knowledge dissemination is divided into, operational knowledge, management knowledge, and strategic knowledge, three dimensions with the introduction of inter-firm trust. The influence of knowledge diffusion and inter-firm trust in supply chain risk is studied. The result shows: Knowledge dissemination and the trust between enterprises have a significant positive impact on supply chain risk; the trust between enterprises has a positive impact on the dissemination of knowledge; inter-firm trust plays a mediating role between knowledge dissemination and supply chain risk communication.
