Travelers' automobile use habit is a key to influence their travel mode choice behavior under the impacts of congestion pricing. To address the complex mode choice behavior preference combing travelers' automobile use habit heterogeneity, a stated preference travel mode choice survey that divided participants into more- and less-habitual automobile travelers is conducted in Beijing inner districts. Four mixed logit models are proposed to estimate the impact of congestion pricing on more- and less-habitual automobile travelers' commuting and non-commuting mode choice behavior. Model estimation results illustrate the similarities and dissimilarities of commuting and non-commuting mode choice behavior between more- and less-habitual automobile travelers. This paper is expected to provide useful insights for differentiation congestion pricing design by targeting travelers with different automobile use habit strength.
