At present, the analysis of internal physical factors of blood pumping blood and the evaluation method of hemolysis performance of blood pump mainly consider the shear stress of red blood cells and the exposure time under shear force. However, the internal magnetic field strength of the blood pump is also one of the factors influencing the hemolysis performance of the blood pump. In this paper, the magnetic field generated by the magnetic suspension of the magnetic suspension axial flow blood pump is analyzed, and the average internal magnetic field strength of the blood pump is calculated to be 0.145T. It was verified by experiments that the blood was irradiated with the same equivalent magnetic field intensity for a certain period of time, and the morphology of red blood cells was not observed to change significantly, and the number of damage did not increase significantly. The research shows that the magnetic field intensity produced by the designed magnetic fluid suspension axial blood pump has little damage to red blood cells. It can be considered that the design of magnetic fluid suspension structure of the axial blood pump is reasonable from the perspective of the effect of magnetic field on red blood cells and blood injury.
