In view of the optimal configuration requirements of emergency rescue points for luxury cruise ships in the port area, considering the influence of the actual navigation environment of the channel on the optimization goals of site selection, timeliness and economy are the core rescue site selection goals, and a multi-objective optimization of emergency rescue site selection Model, and use the improved NSGA-II algorithm to screen out the satisfactory site selection plan.
