The paper concerns the study of ultrasonic electroless metallization of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and aluminium sintering components as a reinforcing phase for the production of aluminium metal matrix composites. The efficiency of the developed alkaline solution based on two metal salts in regard to depositing nickel-phosphorus, nickel-copper and nickel-tin coating on non-metalic (CNTs) and metallic dispersive phase was confirmed. The presence of two metal salts in the chemical solution improves the stability of the process of electroless metallization and makes possible to perform it at a room temperature under the conditions of ultrasonic bath treatment.
