A Thermo-Responsive Citrate-based Macromolecule for Transarterial Embolotherapy

摘要

PPCN-I demonstrated good fluoroscopic visibility and injectability through a microcatheter system. It also demonstrated immediate and sustained embolic effects in end and non-end target arteries. Thus, PPCN-I is a promising novel liquid embolic agent for fluoroscopy-guided embolotherapy.
