摘要

We propose and study a mathematical model of oscillation frequency of piezo-resonator with one changeable electrode air gap and one constant air gap with respect to quartz crystal. Dependences of conductivity of piezoelectric sensing device on parameters of movable electrode formed by a cylindrical surface for which one of hyperbole branches serves as guide serves are obtained.
