摘要

Crowdfunding, as a new conception in fundraising, provides access to get fund in the background of Internet. This paper has conducted a research on the key factors to highly successful crowdfunding based on two biggest crowdfunding platforms in China - JingDong crowdfunding platform and TaoBao crowdfunding platform. By using Logistic regression model, we find that different platform designs and different mechanisms have effect on the project success. Meanwhile, quality signals that the founders show and their own experience do have a positive association with high success of projects. Other factors that are visible directly on crowdfunding website are also been discussed.
机译:众筹作为筹款的新概念,提供了在互联网背景下获取资金的途径。本文基于中国两个最大的众筹平台-京东众筹平台和淘宝众筹平台,对众筹成功的关键因素进行了研究。通过使用Logistic回归模型,我们发现不同的平台设计和不同的机制对项目成功有影响。同时,创始人展示的质量信号和他们自己的经验与项目的成功与否有着积极的联系。还讨论了直接在众筹网站上可见的其他因素。
