摘要

Crowdfunding, as a new conception in fundraising, provides access to get fund in the background of Internet. This paper has conducted a research on the key factors to highly successful crowdfunding based on two biggest crowdfunding platforms in China - JingDong crowdfunding platform and TaoBao crowdfunding platform. By using Logistic regression model, we find that different platform designs and different mechanisms have effect on the project success. Meanwhile, quality signals that the founders show and their own experience do have a positive association with high success of projects. Other factors that are visible directly on crowdfunding website are also been discussed.
