摘要

The measurement accuracy of the angle is one of the important technical index of the optical system. The detection method for angular measurement accuracy with the traditional electronic theodolite has the less measurement data and single scanning direction, which leads to inaccurate measurements. An improved detection method is proposed: lattice scanning form is used to detect the angle accuracy of the optical system. By analysing theoretical measurement model of the optical system and the conversion relationship between the target imaging position and the ideal imaging position, the method for measuring angular accuracy of the optical system is obtained. The experimental results show that the accuracy of this method reaches 0.1urad and the measured angular accuracy of the optical system is improved by 0.015mrad. The measurement method has important application value, which can be widely used in the military field, commercial and medical fields.
