In order to improve electric actuator's precision and avoid motor concussion while small step control, a kind of adaptive learning control algorithm was proposed. It could optimize motor pre stop value continuously. Thus it could avoid motor concussion because of motor's inertia. A kind of electric actuator controller was designed with 32-bit ARM accordingly. Furthermore, anti-interference was used when hardware circuit was designed. And methods of extreme value mean filtering and median filtering were programmed. All above measure improved the designed electric actuator's precision and avoid motor concussion. The experimental result indicated that the designed electric actuator controller could meet industrial needs. And the designed electric actuator controllers have been used in mass production now.
