The controller (10) has a lock whose mechanical actuation units and electric actuation units are arranged on a single case (18). The electric actuation units include a switch (32) arranged on the case. The mechanical actuation units include an assembled actuation lever (12) swiveling around a rotation axis (22) between a locking position and an unlocking position permitting to unlock the lock. The lever is articulated with the one of its ends on the case. A spring is intended to return the actuation lever in its locking position.
