In this paper, a finite element modeling method based on strain geometric non-linear boom is proposed for the modeling and vibration analysis of sprayer. Compared with the traditional finite element modeling method, this method can provide the geometric accuracy of the model with less degree of freedom. The finite element model of boom was analyzed by numerical simulation using ANSYS platform. The linear quadratic optimal control was used to suppress the vertical vibration of booms. The simulation results show that this method is effective for the vertical direction of flexible booms. Vibration has a good inhibitory effect, the project has brought a theoretical basis.
