Non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma (NTAPP) has been used in biomedical fields since the NTAPP can generate reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) which affect biological reaction in cells. This paper reports a micro cell wagon device that enabled irradiating cells with non-thermal atmospheric pressure plasma under gas-controlled conditions. Using the cell wagon device, the plasma treatment was conducted for pollen. The treatment induced no apparent changes on the surfaces of pollen. However, the germination rate was enhanced under specific conditions.
