摘要

The present invention relates to a selective apoptosis method of a p53 deficient cancer cell or a drug resistant cancer cell using a low-temperature plasma at atmospheric pressure, which can selectively and effectively induce apoptosis in comparison with a cancer cell with p53 functionality through production of active oxygen species especially in a p53 deficient cancer cell or a drug resistant cancer cell during exposure of a low-temperature plasma at atmospheric pressure without affecting a mother cell or a stem cell, thus can be used as a novel method for treating cancer, which can ameliorate low treatment efficacy of the existing chemotherapy.
