For cutter layout design of TBM involves the complex calculation, heavy load of optimizer and characteristics of the cross-disciplines content, on the basis of the thought of classification of MDO, the cutter layout optimization model of single stage is divided into two layers, that is, one system and four subsystem levels. In order to deal with fuzzy factors and knowledge of experts, this paper presents an asymmetrical fuzzy satisficing collaborative optimization model, in which the traditional and fuzzy analysis are included at subsystem level. The latter consists of fuzzy rules for polar angle, fuzzy constraints and the optimal cut set level analysis, which can effectively solve the problem of fuzzy optimization and fuzzy reasoning in collaborative layout design, and be of higher computational efficiency.
