摘要

As a prophase for educational statistics, educational measurement will provide data which would have effect on the educational inference and analysis in its later period whether it is authentic or not. Thus from the perspectives of subjects, personnel, facilities and procedures of measurement, the paper presents the connotation and category of educational measurement deviation and probes the modes of controlling it. The result suggests the specific steps of controlling the educational measurement deviation by examples to reduce the deviation as far as possible so as to provide the reliable and authentic data for educational statistics.
