摘要

The rolling precision of tiny energetic particles is related to the quality and performance of products. To monitor the rolling thickness of particles precisely, a measurement method with super resolution interpolation is proposed. A low resolution image can be constructed to be a high resolution image based on curvature-driven quasi-bilinear interpolation. Then, the image enhancement is implemented by combining wavelet transform and grayscale morphology. Consequently, the particle thickness information can be acquired with camera calibration processing and minimum bounding rectangle. The experiments showed that the measurement accuracy of flake particle thickness can be effectively improved by the proposed method.
