Hydrogen and Fuel Cells deployment in France:Strategy, Perspectives and integration in the European landscape

摘要

Following 10 years of debate and new laws, French government published last August 2015 a new energy bill for the next decades with strong commitment to decrease final energy consumption, Greenhouse gases emissions, decrease local pollutants, increase dramatically energy production from renewables and increase energy efficiency, and last but not least to improve French economy competitiveness and create jobs. In this perspective, Hydrogen technologies are foreseen in the law through a mandatory article indicating that French government must present an action plan on hydrogen within one year.
