摘要

This paper focus on the simulation and performance analysis of switching mode power supply (SMPS) when fully-immersion evaporative cooling technology is applied. By establishing the models of magnetic components and incorporating them into the circuit model, the operation characteristics of the SMPS when in air and immersed in the evaporative coolant can be simulated and comparative analysis is conducted. Through theoretical and simulating analysis, the effect of the coolant on the performance of SMPS is studied. Several conclusions are summarized.
