立管间接-靶式喷嘴复合蒸发冷却空调机组的设计与性能分析

         

摘要

针对现有间接蒸发冷却器、直接蒸发冷却填料易堵且难以清洗,蒸发冷却空调机组占地面积大、难以灵活布置等缺陷,本文提出了一种立管间接—靶式喷嘴复合蒸发冷却空调机组,并从结构角度对机组的防堵性能进行了分析。以10,000 m3/h为例,本文设计计算与制作了这一新型机组,并进行制冷量与能效比计算,为该新型蒸发冷却空调机组的设计提供一些参考。%Indirect evaporative coolers and direct evaporative cooling packing have the disadvantages of easy blocking, difficult cleaning, large size and inflexibility layout. To overcome the above disadvantages, a vertical tube type indirect and target type nozzly composite evaporative cooling air conditioning unit was proposed. The anti-blocking performance of the units was analyzed from the view of structure. A unit was designed and fabricated for 10,000 m3/h. The refrigerating capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the unit were calculated. The study provides references for the design of the evaporative cooling air conditioning unit.
