摘要

In this paper, we proposes a method to analyze and evaluate the quality of experience (QoE) in mobile terminals using “big data”. The feature parameters of key quality indicator (KQI) are obtained from operators and quantized through the use of a scoring system. Then the scores of customer experience indicator (CEI) and QoE are calculated based on our proposed analytical model. In combination with the data of market operation, the terminal QoE evaluation scores contribute to offer effective suggestions on the promotion of mobile terminal.
