Susceptibility analysis of a power amplifier against radiated disturbance

In this paper we use a hybrid full-wave and circuit modei technique to study the gain variation of a power amplifier that is illuminated by a plane wave. In addition, a measurement setup in a semi an echoic chamber is proposed for this problem. Susceptibility of an unshielded/shielded RF power amplifier is studied by the hybrid method and the measurement at different incident wave frequencies and amplitudes.
