During the schematic analysis of asynchronous circuits at the electrical level high-frequence triggers, counters and other elements with the possibility of control their characteristics (as follows, supply voltage) required. This article offers a solution for the task of synthesis of ideal digital components from the library ABM OrCAD 16.6. Due to all digital devices can be developed at a basic gate «NAND», that by developing the gate from blocks of library ABM may be implemented digital elements any complexity. The paper shows the steps in developing digital components on the example of a four-digit asynchronous counter and storage register by the «bottom-up» method. The maximum frequency of developed four-digit asynchronous counter is 10 GHz. All circuits in work, synthesized to supply voltage = 5V. The usability of digital components developed in such way, is the possibility of eligible them needed for research parameters.
