摘要

This paper presents an efficient, reliable and cost-reduced intelligent drive system. It is based on using general purpose and affordable microcontrollers forming a network to control the inverter drives of three parallel operating 3-phase induction motor-pump systems. A cost analysis was performed to compare between the capital and operating costs of both conventional and proposed systems. The latter was simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK package, and then was experimentally developed. The simulation and experimental results were identical and both validated and justified the proposed fluid pumping system.
