Quantum wells (QWs) CdTe/Hg_(1-x)Cd_xTe/CdTe nowadays attract the considerable attention of scientists worldwide. These structures are considered to be very promising ones for creation of THz-detectors with improved performance which can operate without liquid helium temperatures cooling. In literature properties of such structures are investigated for the composition x=0 only.
