Recently ultrasonic welding technique becomes much more popular process in design and engineering manufacturing, covering a wide range of the application for metals and materials. Although, a wide range of application is increased by this technique. The needed for an optimised horn and improved understanding of the mechanisms of ultrasonic welding remain the primary demands of industry, to resolve several issues that encountered during welding operation. Such as bad tool design, stick of the tool/part, part marking, lack of weld strength and quality. Solving of these issues are related to using perfect tool design and controlled between welding parameters. This work presents an approach to design, simulation and fabrication of an integrated welding device which has been satisfied welding ultrasonically. Then, set up the welding device to improve welding performance and study parameters that influence weld strength and quality.
