Hybrid curable OCA for new assembly line of touch screen panel

摘要

Hybrid curing system and its curing properties are analyzed by the molecular design and curing condition. Dark reaction that was expected at cation system was variously reacted according to UV condition. Evaluation of the actual environment is very important what the cation system connected to the applicability to the actual product.
