Patient Waiting Time Management System for Medical Center

摘要

This paper presents the development and implementation of a Real Time Wait Time System (RTWS) for the Medical Center Health System (MCH) Urgent Care Centers located in Odessa, Texas. The system's numerous components, covered further in the paper, combine to provide easier paperless patient management with maximum automation and a lightweight algorithm producing a publically accessible estimation of current wait times. The system integrates seamlessly into the MCH systems and provide basic analytics.
