摘要

In this study, we proposed an assessment method for shear bucklingand collapse strength of a continuous stiffened panel with clarificationof the boundary condition and its physical meaning. To validate thismethod, a series of collapse tests under combined in-plane shear andthrust was performed. It was revealed that shear buckling deformationis successfully reproduced by collapse tests. Also a series ofcomparison between our method that using a partial FE model of it andperiodical symmetry boundary conditions and collapse tests isdiscussed.
