摘要

According to the requirements of contactor life test, by using PLC and touch screen technology to design a new type of test equipment. The key point of the electrical life test is voltage switching. In order to solve this problem, contactor or silicon has been used as ATS. Whether the contactor or silicon can not solve the high voltage and high current switching problem. One way to solve this problem is replacing the role of the ATS. This paper designs a new type of structure of the transformer to solve this problem with principle of electromagnetic induction. The output voltage is changed by transforming the structure of the transformer. So it can be used to realize the voltage switching of the transformer without using of ATS. The new transformer has double side structure, the increased iron is used to change the magnetic flux of the main iron, so that it can change the induction voltage. MATLAB software is used to simulation this new transformer/With the application of PLC and new transformer to the electrical life test of AC contactor on condition of type AC-3 and AC-4 load, there are distinguishing features of convenience, reliableness, high capacity, high precision and noiselessness in comparison with the traditional test equipment. So the test precision and the efficiency are improved and it has broad prospects for development.
