With the development of technology, microwave components have been used in various fields widely. The performance and the reliability of the components must be improved to fulfill the requirements of the complex environment. It is a big problem for the structural designers to predict various results during the design process. In this paper, several factors, which are electromagnetic field, heat exchange, vibration and force, are discussed. They have important influence on the performance and the reliability of the microwave components. And with the aid of professional software, the designer analyzes several cases. Some problems are found and some optimizations are also taken to improve the structure projects. The results are satisfactory. These methods are applicable to all microwave components.
