摘要

Traditionally, PID technology is applied in temperature control system of Tunnel kiln. While, as for its defects of oscillation and overshoot. PID control came to its choke point in practice. In order to get improvement, Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) is designed to adjust the temperature system in Tunnel kiln. First of all, short introduction of Tunnel kiln parameter, like variations of process control and hardware platform. Then, PLC controller is used to complete the temperature control of Tunnel kiln. Last but most important, we describe the ADRC algorithms specific characteristics of form and composition, which apply to the Tunnel kiln temperature control system. With the improvement, the use of Tunnel kiln will get efficiency of energy and cost will go down at the same time.
