After the construction of Qingdao cross-ocean bridge is completed, it will cause the flow of passengers between Qingdao to Huangdao to redistribute. As with the flow of passengers' distribution, we can take method of authentic proof analysis to carry on. The steps include analyze and judging whether the transportation is excellent or not. In addition, the steps consists of dividing the urban areas, investigating flow of passengers and carrying on statistical analysis. Compared to Jiaozhou Bay freeway, cross-ocean bridge is shorter distance and can go straight to the destination. Compared to the sea transportation, it has the economical characteristics of flexibility and speedy which is the feature of highway. Aimed at knowing passengers will take what kind of ways, the Qingdao will be divided into 6 regions. The kind of transportation passengers is procured through passenger flow questionnaire after Qingdao cross-ocean bridge completion. After the statistical analysis of the questionnaire, the probability distribution chosen by passengers can be calculated ferry, cross-ocean bridge and freeway. According to the probability distribution, the quantity of flow of passengers cross-ocean bridge is figured out.
