This article presents practical tips and suggestions for producing and delivering webinars. My goal is to share my eight years of webinar-producing experience and to convince you that you, too, can produce webinars professionally. I never imagined that my first experience delivering a webinar for STC in 2005 would lead to my using webinars to deliver 90% of my training today, or that I would grow to LOVE training by webinar and now believe that this medium can produce better results than live training. In this article, I'll discuss what a webinar is and address why and why not offer webinars; who can produce webinars; how to produce the best webinars; when to offer webinars; and where to produce webinars.
