Policy and procedure of the company have been revised and called Quality Assurance, Performance and Business Improvement program. All the office staff and field supervisors together with attendants (care giver) and clients have been trained on policy, procedure and standards. After Improvement the surveys analysis indicated that quality care of services and clients satisfaction rates have been improved to the exceeded significantly category. See the attached Pareto analysis and chart.
