Goal for 2013 → to continue to reduce on hand inventory by 12% and improve turns to 9.5 through supplier consignment inventory improving cash flow X%. 4. Lease for 57,000 SQFT at building opposite current location for ease of access: 1. 15,000 SQFT will be for supplier consignment inventory 2. B/E facility run by B/E employees and systems that the supplier contributes $X/SQFT to hold their inventory at a third of the cost that a 3PL would charge 3. B/E takes ownership of the inventory once it is picked for consumption on the Assembly line. 4. 20,000 SQFT will be utilized for CFE 5. 22,000 SQFT will be divided into offices, sample seat area, source inspection and future assembly expansion.
