1. Nano-irnprinting can transfer various surface textures onto transparent materials, tacilitate tne light-trapping design of thin-film silicon solar cells. 2. Though haze and A.I.D. are commonly used for characterizing light scattering properties, high value of haze or A.I.D. itself does not guarantee efficient enhancement of light absorption in a system 3.While a surface texture with high aspect ratio and inclination angle typically provides good light trapping effect, the enhancement of light absorption is more significant if the feature size of the texture is comparable to the wavelengths of interest and the absorber thickness.
