Comparison of VoltRef and New CMI Software for Zener Standards Maintenance

摘要

A new software tool for intercomparison of a group of Zener reference standards has been developed. It was tested together with the commonly used software VoltRef and results show significant improvement in measured values. The new software also overcomes limitations of the VotlRef and gives user a larger control over the measurement method.
